What if my car is still covered under warranty?
Service My Car still offers convenient benefits and savings on all your wear and tear items including batteries, brakes and tyres and on non-mechanical repairs. If you have any queries you can simply use our online chat support or call 800-BOOKING to speak to one of our advisors who will be happy to assist you.
How do I pay for my service and any extra work carried out?
You pay for the service package online at the time of the booking. Any parts or additional work you can pay for after the work is completed and your car is ready for delivery.
Will my car be washed?
A car wash, with interior vacuuming, is only included in the major service package. If you wish to have a car wash with any other type of service, you can include it as an add-on during booking at a cost of AED 75.
How much is the pick-up and drop off service?
It’s absolutely free! The complimentary pickup and delivery service is applicable for any service booking done on the app, or the website.
By choosing Service My Car, you get to skip the traffic and won’t have to wait around at garages any longer. If your car happens to be in need of recovery, it’ll come at an additional cost of AED 150 in and around Dubai.
What if my car requires parts?
If your car needs any additional work that requires spare parts, our service advisors will give you a quote for the parts. The work will be carried out after getting an approval from you. You can choose to replace the parts with original parts supplied by the vehicle manufacturer, or just use aftermarket parts. No work will be carried out on your car without your signed approval.

Our designated truck driver will collect your vehicle from your chosen location at your chosen time.

WE SERVICE
After receiving your approval, our team of auto service expert will get to work. Upon completing the service, and any additional repairs, a final quality check will be carried out on your vehicle.

WE DELIVER
One of our designated drivers will handover your vehicle back to you at your chosen location. Here’s where you can sign off on the service, and leave us a review.
